The area around Archer City is home to dove, quail, deer, turkey, and wild hogs. This abundance of wildlife draws hunters to our town and the Dovecote is the perfect place to stay. This spacious guest house offers accommodations for up to nine people.

The Dovecote is adjacent to the Lonesome Dove Inn and guests have the choice of breakfast at the Inn or kitchen priveleges at Dovecote.

After a long day, you can relax in the hammock out back or take in some of the local culture at the Royal Theater. We're only 25 miles from Wichita Falls if you want to run in to the city.

If you choose, you may reserve the entire house. With three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living area and kitchen, the Dovecote is the perfect setting for family gatherings or hunting parties.
